C2C电子商务中卖方信誉评价研究述评

摘    要:通过回顾C2C电子商务中卖方信誉评价机制的应用和研究现状,重点就如下几个方面对该领域的相关研究进行总结和评述,包括卖方信誉评价研究动因、现有卖方信誉评价机制及其不足,卖方信誉评价系统的实证分析和卖方信誉评价系统的改进研究。研究认为,指标体系、用户的信誉认知和欺诈用户识别有望在未来研究中进一步展开。

Abstract:By reviewing the application and research status of the seller's reputation evaluation mechanism in C2C online market, this paper analyzes and summarizes relevant research in the following aspects: evaluation indexes, existing reputation evaluation mechanism and its shortage, empirical analysis of seller's reputation and the improvement for the evaluation system. The study suggests that the evaluation indexes, the user's cognition of reputation and the detection of fraud user are expected to be further discussed in future research.
