| 摘 要： | 中国的民营图书馆是一个新生事物，而日本的私立图书馆有着悠久的历史。本文在简要介绍日本私立图书馆类型归属和定义的基础上，归纳描述了日本当前主要私立图书馆的特征，并着重对其历史和现状进行了考察和分析，在此基础上对中国民营图书馆的发展提出了一些建议和看法。

| Abstract: | Chinese non-state-operated library is a new thing, while Japanese private library has a long history. Based on briefly introducing the types of Japanese libraries and the definition of Japanese private libraries, the paper describes the features of the present private libraries of Japan, and then gives a study on the history and current development status of them, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the future development of non-state-operated libraries in China. |
