| Abstract: | The advent and development of Knowledge Process Outsourcing(KPO) proves a great opportunity for science and technology service progress in China. This paper firstly analyzes the need of traditional companies for KPO, then explores the possibilities for deepening KPO transaction by science and technology institutes according to their traditional advantages, and finally provides new solutions for enhancing science and technology information services innovation from three aspects known as strategy, system and business. |
