企业人际情报网络中知识共享障碍及其克服

摘    要:基于联系强度理论,对协调-紧密型和分散-松散型人际情报网络中的知识共享进行探讨,分析企业中两种人际网络模式下知识共享的重点和障碍,提出克服共享障碍的建议,如建立有效激励、互惠和信任以及良好的现实及虚拟沟通渠道等,以期为现实企业有效知识共享的实现提供帮助,最后对未来研究方向进行探讨。

Abstract:Based on the theory of strength ties,the paper discusses knowledge sharing in harmony-tight and scattered-loose type of human intellingence network,analyzes their priorities and barriesr and proposes some advices for knowedge sharing,such as to build the effective excitation,mutual benefit and trust,fine communicating channels in reality and virtual condition,so as to provide some help for effective knowledge sharing of enterprises.Finally,the paper also discusses the future study directions.
