| 摘 要： | 知识单元的发展经历了从文献单元到信息单元既而到知识单元的演变过程。文献单元、信息单元和知识单元既有区别又有联系，在知识管理中起着重要作用。对知识单元的管理是知识管理的发展趋势，知识单元是在知识管理中可以对知识进行独立、自由、有效识别、处理与组合的基本知识单位，即知识元。但直接利用知识单元对知识本身进行管理还有很大的困难，需要进一步研究文献单元、信息单元和知识单元之间的关系，并借助知识管理技术推进知识单元研究。

| Abstract: | Knowledge unit has evolved from document unit, to information unit and to knowledge unit. There are differences and relationship among document unit, information unit and knowledge unit. They all play important roles in knowledge management. The trend of knowledge management is to manage knowledge unit directly, and knowledge unit which we name it knowledge element, is the basic knowledge unit in knowledge management to distinguish, handle and compose knowledge alone, freely and effectively. But there are great difficulties to manage knowledge by using knowledge unit directly, it still needs to study the relationships among document unit, information unit and knowledge unit, and improve knowledge unit research with the help of knowledge management technology. |
