| 摘 要： | 简要介绍战略联盟、知识联盟的兴起，对知识联盟和产业集群的差异和共性进行对比分析；借鉴社会交换理论和知识势差理论，分析产业集群中知识转移的一般过程。利用两个数学模型对知识转移的效率进行分析，分别从知识联盟性质特性、知识提供方特性和知识获取方特性三个方面，指出知识转移的影响因素。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the rise of the strategic alliance（SA）and the knowledge alliance（KA）, compares the differences and similarities between knowledge alliances and industrial clusters, and analyzes the general process of knowledge transfer in the industry clusters by referring the social exchange theory and the knowledge potential difference theory.It describes knowledge transfer efficiency by using two mathematical models, and points out the factors that influence knowledge transfer from three aspects of the knowledge alliance, knowledge providers and knowledge acquirers. |
