| 摘 要： | 在分析教学型高校图书馆的传统业务流程体系的现状及不足的基础上，借鉴和移植业务流程再造思想，从以用户为中心的原则出发，构建教学型高校图书馆的新业务流程体系，并设计教学型高校图书馆的业务组织结构实现的新模式，以期达到精简业务流程，提高图书馆核心竞争力的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the merit and defect of traditional libraries in teaching oriented colleges. Using the idea of the business process reengineering, it is considered that the new business process of the library should be reconstructed in regard to the customer-oriented information service. Then it brings forward a new organization mode for libraries in teaching oriented colleges for simplifying the business process and increasing the core competition ability of libraries. |
