| Abstract: | This paper discusses the place and functions of the Chinese copyright law in the WTO's intellectual property protection system. It analyzes the relationship between the WTO's intellectual property protection and the development of the librarianship in China. It also discusses the sustainable development strategy and the methods for protecting the library's rights under the background of WTO's intellectual property protection. |
