| Abstract: | Since 1990s, Russia has taken a reform on the administrative structure and policy adjustment to Soviet Union's scientific and technological intelligence channel, and has set up the information-intensive society as central national information policy and the concrete state policies in various fields. Finally, by analyzing the content, the paper shows characteristics and the development trend of the Russian national information policy. |
