| 摘 要： | 调查目前CALIS全国中心、地区中心、省级中心及部分成员馆的贮存图书馆建设情况,分析总结个体贮存图书馆建设发展的5个主要因素与存在的问题,进而分析CALIS联合存储中心建立的可行性。从CALIS的建设基础和未来发展进程出发,构建基于CALIS三级文献资源保障体系的协藏协管共享的合作存储模式,在此基础上,论述联合存储中心运行的管理机制,并给出联合存储中心建设与管理服务的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the survey results to the current situations of depository libraries in the national centre, provincial centre and some members of CALIS, this paper summarizes five main factors and existing problems in the development of individual repository library. Then it further analyzes the feasibility of establishing CALIS' storage centre. From the basic construction and future development of CALIS, it designs the cooperative storage mode with collaborative collection and management sharing based on three levels of CALIS information guarantee systems. Finally, this paper discusses the management mechanism of the centre, and gives some suggestions on construction and management service of the storage centre. |
