| 摘 要： | 应用德尔菲法对众包参与高校数字参考咨询服务展开调查,结合调查结果,认为高校在人力资源和设备方面都具有参考咨询众包的优势,高校图书馆应该更新理念,引进众包模式,并从构建众包咨询平台、完善用户激励机制、制定相应规章制度、发挥馆员职能等几个方面实施高校图书馆数字参考咨询众包策略。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the crowdsourcing in the digital reference service with Delphi method. The survey shows the crowdsourcing has the advantages in human resources and facilities. Finally, this paper believes the university libraries should update the concept and introduce the crowdsourcing model participating in DRS, develop consultation platform, perfect the users incentive mechanism, formulate the rules and regulations, and play the librarians functions, in order to carry out the DRS crowdsourcing strategy. |
