| 摘 要： | 通过对信息资源管理研究制度转向的基本原因、制度转向的含义的分析，阐述了制度转向需要认真思考并研究解决的若干问题，即IRM制度的结构与功能、IRM的产权制度、IRM的制度变迁、交易成本理论对IRM机构的影响，以及IRM的制度绩效等；同时指出信息资源管理的制度转向是当前该领域的发展路径。
