| 摘 要： | 简要介绍日本图书馆法从产生到形为比较完备的法律体系的演进过程, 详细论述日本几部图书馆法产生的经过、背景和主要内容，指出它们对当时日本图书馆所产生的影响与推动作用。希望通过研究日本图书馆法的发展历程，对我国的图书馆法制建设提供启示及借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the evolving process of Japanese library law from its generation to maturity. Then it expatiates the background, process and content of several primary Japanese library laws which have the impact on the promotion of Japanese libraries. The research on the history of Japanese library law will bring enlightenment and references to the legislation of Chinese library law. |
