| 摘 要： | 在企业战略层面,智力资产和知识经营存在其内在联系,形成了基于智力资产的企业知识经营价值链及价值体系;并存在市场驱动和资源驱动两种价值实现路径。资源驱动下,存在两种知识经营战略,即智力资产价值增值战略和智力资产价值转移战略,前者以增加企业内部智力资产价值为知识经营战略目标,后者则强调向企业外部转移智力资产,直接实现知识价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the corporation strategy perspective, there is relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge business. Intellectual capital and knowledge business form the knowledge business value chain and knowledge value systems. It has the market-drive value-adding route and the resource-drive value-adding route for knowledge business. With the resource-drive value-adding route,a company has two different strategies, i. e. the intellectual value-adding strategy, and the intellectual value-transferring strategy. The former focuses on adding intellectual capital value internal, and the latter insists on transferring intellectual capital value external. |
