| Abstract: | ] Today the information consultative industry has become an important component part of the tertiary industry in Shanghai. The information consultative industry will make great development as they confront the knowledge economy, "the tenth five year plan" and WTO. This paper summarizes the background and status-quo of this industry, analyzes the existing problems and offers some practical solutions to them. |
