| 摘 要： | 以一次全国性问卷调查为基础,从网站设计、网站内容、网站功能三个角度对高校学生用户使用本校图书馆网站的现状及满意度评价进行调查分析,并在此基础上从网站营销、文辞运用、导引设计、数据库建设、检索技能培训、在线咨询、馆藏书目查询系统宣传等方面提出完善我国高校图书馆网站建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on a national questionnaire survey, the authors investigate and analyse the current status and satisfaction of university students in using university library websites from three perspectives: website design, website contents and website function. On the basis of statistics of the survey data which have been discussed, the authors put forward suggestions from many aspects,such as website marketing, language usage, guidance design, database construction, retrieval skills training, online consultation, and OPAC publitity, expecting to offer some reference information for the construction of university library websites. |
