| 摘 要： | 总结国内外关于信息公平与信息平等问题的研究现状，指出研究过程中存在对两者关系的疑问与看法；并从定义、来源及涵义方面对信息公平和信息平等进行梳理与比较，试图辨析两者关系；最终得出不能简单用信息公平代替信息平等，应该从多种角度和学科对两者进行深入研究。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly summaries the present research conditions of information equity and information equality, and discusses some problems and the relationship of them in the process of researching. Then the two are compared from the definition, origin and meaning in order to differentiate and analyze them. Finally it points out information equality should be replaced by information equality simply and this problem should be studied from multi fields and multi subjects. |
