| 摘 要： | 对江苏省部分高校图书馆电子资源接入情况及参考咨询馆员的组成情况进行了对比研究，指出高校图书馆之间存在较大的电子资源接入沟和使用沟，进一步影响了高校之间的知识沟。提出要缩小信息时代的三道数字鸿沟——接入沟、使用沟和知识沟，高校图书馆应该多方参与图书馆联盟，加强人员培训，构建“学习型组织”。

| Abstract: | Comparative studies on the electronic resources access and the reference librarians composition of part of university libraries in Jiangsu Province are carry out in this paper. The results show out that greater electronic resources access divide and its use divide exist among university libraries, and further affect the knowledge divide of the universities. Then, this paper puts forword that university libraries should participate in the libray union, strengthen personnel training and construct “learning organization”, to narrow three digital divides of information age, namly, access divide, use divide divide and knowledge divide. |
