| 摘 要： | 在讨论知识场概念的基础上，提出了知识场构成的三维模型：知识存量、知识状态及知识距离，并详细分析了模型中每维的基本构成元素及影响因素。随后基于知识场模型讨论了组织中实施有效知识管理的措施与方法，指出知识管理的有效实施是选择合适的知识存量调整与控制措施、确保知识处于合理的知识状态和控制知识与接受者间的合适距离。

| Abstract: | After discussing the concept of the knowledge field, the author put forward a 3-dimension model of knowledge field, which is composed of stockings of knowledge, states of knowledge and distances of knowledge, and analyzes the main parts and its impact factors of each dimension in detail. And then based on the knowledge field model, some tactics are presented to effectively execute the knowledge management. At last, the author point out that effective knowledge management is to keep rational stockings of knowledge, make the knowledge be in right states and control the distances of knowledge between the owner and the receiver. |
