| 摘 要： | 在对单一图书馆传统组织结构分析的基础上，就图书馆内部组织结构再造的动因和原则进行分析，并对科研图书馆、公共图书馆和高校图书馆的现有组织结构进行分析，提出构建新型组织结构的构想，针对公共图书馆和高校图书馆设计内部组织结构再造模型。

| Abstract: | The paper first analyzes the traditional monostructure of the library,and then goes to the motivation and principle of inner organization structure of library.Also the paper includes a comparative study among scientific research libraries,public libraries and high educational institute libraries.From the analysis,the paper proposes that a compound structure is necessary and gives a re-engineer model for inner organization structure. |
