| 摘 要： | 在激烈的市场竞争中，企业要想赢得竞争优势，就必须充分利用竞争情报。针对目前我国企业竞争情报工作落后的现状，分别从情报收集、利用、保护三方面通过实例介绍日本企业的情报工作，与我国企业情报在相应环节的工作现状作对比，总结日本企业的成功经验，指出我国企业情报工作的薄弱之处，以此认识差距，明确今后努力的方向，并对我国企业的竞争情报工作提出几点意见。
