| 摘 要： | 指出目前政府信息资源管理的主体已经从单一的政府部门拓展到公司、企业、第三部门，甚至社会公众，众多主体分工合作发挥着协同效应。梳理国内外政府信息资源协作管理的研究进展，从管理方式、模型与体制、政策等方面揭示政府信息资源协作管理研究的发展轨迹。
