| 摘 要： | 针对我国城市社区正向、逆向物流服务中存在的问题，给出一种基于虚拟物流联盟的、具备正向与逆向双向一体化社区物流服务能力的且包括城市社区物流服务中心、区域服务站、社区服务点的三级物流服务模式，并提出一种与之相适应的基于商务智能技术与知识管理理论的智能化物流信息平台模型，同时对该平台中各子系统的功能结构进行阐述，分析其可行性，最后探讨平台实施中的关键事宜。
