论知识工作者的管理

摘    要:分析知识工作者与众不同的特点;从如何与知识工作者进行交流、如何激励知识工作者、如何领导知识工作者3个方面,具体说明管理知识工作者的一些方法和原则,指出知识管理的核心内容就是实现对知识的载体--运用和传播知识的主体--知识工作者的管理。

Abstract:There are two vital factors in the process of knowledge management: technology and human beings, especially those knowledge workers. Some researchers in China called these factors two dimensions of knowledge management. Technology has been playing an important role in the course of knowledge management; however, the role played by knowledge workers is more significant. They are not only carriers of knowledge, but also performers of knowledge transferring and knowledge application. It is thus essential to manage knowledge workers so as to successfully carry out knowledge management and to obtain the core competences of knowledge workers for their organizations.
