| 摘 要： | 全面分析近10年来国外学者对开放获取期刊的相关研究,总结其现有研究成果。通过系统梳理国外开放获取期刊的现研究现状与热点,发现其主要存在以下问题:①实证研究样本数据范围受限,全面系统的学术影响力评价体系匮乏;②评价方法单一,无法全面反映开放获取期刊的特质;③缺乏具有可操作性的开放获取期刊质量评价模型。最后,就开放获取期刊相关后续研究提出相关建议,即应针对每个学科领域的情况,对比不同发展阶段,采用大样本量进行体系构建与模型分析。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the literatures on open access journals(OAJ) in foreign counties in the last decade,and summarizes the existing research achievements. Systematically combing the current research situation and hotspots of OAJ, it finds that the existing problems are the limitation of sample range in empirical study, the scarcity of comprehensive evaluation system for OAJ academic influence, the simplex evaluation methodology which can not disclose the OAJ characteristics fully, and the lack of operational OAJ quality evaluation models. Finally, it puts forward the suggestion on the relative follow-up study, that it is necessary to compares different developing stages and adopts large samples to construct the system and analyze the model based on each discipline. |
