从参考咨询到知识咨询的服务能力再造

摘    要:揭示高校图书馆知识咨询服务能力在规划策略、业务模式、人员素质方面面临的挑战,阐述从参考咨询服务到知识咨询服务能力的再造。从适应图书馆创新理念中知识服务的发展需要、适应资源发现系统中知识咨询服务的需要以及适应高校学科建设中知识咨询服务的需要三个方面,提出再造知识咨询服务的6种能力的实施方案,即需求分析甄别能力、用户沟通交流能力、信息分析挖掘能力、知识工具运用能力、团队协同创新能力、快速反应判断能力,以期更好地服务于高校学科用户。

Abstract:This paper reveals the challenges of knowledge consulting service of university libraries in terms of planning strategy, business model, and personnel quality, elaborates the necessity of transition from the reference service to knowledge service competence reengineering, meeting the need of knowledge service innovation, resource discovery, and discipline construction in university libraries, and puts forward the implementing scheme of six ability of recreating knowledge consulting services, namely the demand analysis, the user discrimination ability of communication skills, information analysis ability, knowledge mining tool using ability, team cooperation ability, innovation ability to judge the rapid reaction, in order to provide better service to the academic users.
