| 摘 要： | 公共信息空间作为社会系统内公共信息生产、流转和交换的空间,与社会系统的其他空间要素互相交织,互相作用,是供全体社会成员生产、获取、传播、吸收、反馈公共信息的动态空间。探讨其所具有的动态性、开放性与交融性的特征及其由政府信息层、一般社会组织信息层和私人信息层构成的基本结构,提出其具有能量供应、整合、控制与服务的复合功能。

| Abstract: | Public information space is a dynamic space for all members of society to produce, acquire, transmit, and absorb public information. It’s a kind of space that makes information produce, circulate and exchange and interacts with other spatial elements of the social system. This article discusses the dynamic, open and blend characteristics which it has. It consists of three layers of government information, social organization information and private information. And it shows complex function such as energy supply, integration, control and service. |
