| 摘 要： | 从资源建设、服务提供、长期保存、空间规划及组织文化等5个方面,对28份图书馆机构战略规划及35份学协会研究报告进行分析,发现国外图书馆呈现出以下发展特点:重视用户需求,协调发展印本资源与电子资源,注重建设本馆特藏资源与原生数字资源;积极丰富服务内容,拓展移动服务;重视原生数字资源及科研数据的长期保存;以智慧中心为定位拓展图书馆实体空间功能,支撑教学与科研;按需培养人才,构建具有数据意识的学习型组织。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes twenty-eight library strategic plans and thirty-five association reports from five aspects of resource development, service delivery, long-term preservation, space planning and organizational culture. It finds that foreign library circle presents some trends as follows: focusing on users' needs, balancing print and digital resources, emphasizing on the development of special collections and born-digital resources; engaging in services enrichment and mobile service improvement; paying attention to the long-term preservation of born-digital resources and research data; positioning in "Intelligence Center" and expanding functions of physical spaces to support teaching, learning and research; developing staff on demand and developing learning organization with data sense. |
