| 摘 要： | 通过分析竞争企业间知识转移影响因素的关系，列举竞争企业间知识转移的主要途径，分析利用专利分析法进行知识转移的优势，构建基于专利分析的竞争企业间知识转移模型，研究竞争企业间知识转移的专利分析指数和专利分析方法，指出提高竞争企业间知识转移效率的措施，并进行实证研究，为竞争企业间进行知识转移提供新思路、新方法。
