| 摘 要： | 指出依托社会人际网络理论指导建立便于进行危机信息采集的内外人际网络关系模型，将有助于提高危机预警信息管理的准确性和有效性。分析关系强度理论和结构洞理论与企业危机信息采集的关系，提出依托关系强度理论构建企业内部人际网络模型，依托结构洞理论构建企业外部人际关系网络模型；认为可以通过社会人际网络获取危机预警信息，同时社会人际网络可为企业危机信息管理提供重要智力资源。

| Abstract: | To gather crisis early-warning information is very difficult because of the complexity of crisis information.The construction of enterprise social network relationship model will contribute to the accuracy and effectiveness in crisis information management.The paper analyzes the relationship between crisis early warning information gathering and social network theory(i.e.,tie strength theory,the structural hole theory).It describes enterprise internal social network model based on structural holes theory and enterprise external social network model based on tie strength theory.At the end,the paper thinks that it can gather crisis information from social network,and social network provides some important intellectual resources for enterprise crisis information management. |
