| 摘 要： | 提出信息中介机构在向用户进行信息专题提供时，对于信息尤其是含有主观判断的软信息，应建立一套信息筛选机制，以客观、真实地反映事件或事物：首先通过信息文档特征项的选取与处理建立“特征项—文档”矩阵，其次将其与本体模板进行对照来对信息文档集的完整性、平衡性进行检验；最后给出信息文档集的可信度参考测量模型与案例。

| Abstract: | When information agents provide the special information to users, there is some soft information due to subjective judgments. Then the mechanism and method of filter and selection should be constructed to reflect the reality more objectively.Firstly the feature file matrix by selecting and processing the characteristic items of information files is constructed, and equilibrium of information sets is tested through contrasting it with ontology files. Second, the measurement model and cases used to test the reference reliability are introduced. Finally, the thought and model of expansive search under the condition of information credibility insufficiency and hardly measure. |
