| Abstract: | The national innovation system is a network system consisting of various subjects involved in innovation. The technology and information flowing among the individuals, enterprises, research institutes and universities are the key point to the success of innovation. The channels, forms, content and effects of information flowing in the national innovation system are discussed. |
