| 摘 要： | 岗位设置与调整应该满足激励手段相对标准的平衡,体现公平和公正。“动态平衡”方法是找到这一相对标准的方法。它是馆员自我选择、自我决定激励标准的投票机制,是市场机制在图书馆中的运用,是馆员参与管理的民主形式之一。它巧妙地综合了“经济人”理性、理性的有限性因素和非理性因素,具有较强的灵活性和自主性,图书馆管理实践已证明其确有积极效果。

| Abstract: | Job position designing and adjustment ought to be in good coincidence with motivation means. They should represent equality and justification. "Dynamic balance" is a way to find relative standards. It is not only a mechanism for librarians themselves to select motivation standards, but also an application of market mechanism to the library management. As a form of democratic management, it synthetically uses the concept of rationality of "Economic Man" , rational limitation and irrational factors. It is proved that "dynamic balance" theory can he effectively used in the field of library management. |
