| 摘 要： | 依据知识管理的知识场理论与情景学习的场景理论,将个人知识管理的知识场划分为实习场、主题知识社区和社会知识网络三个层面,分析三层知识场之间存在的相互嵌套关系,提出连接三层知识场的动力机制,并分析每层知识场所对应的个人知识管理功能与特征。

| Abstract: | Based on the knowledge Ba theory of knowledge management and scene theory of situation learning, this paper divides personal knowledge management Ba into three levels,which are training field, theme based knowledge community and social knowledge network. Then the author analyzes the nested relationships among the knowledge Ba and puts forward the dynamic mechanism which connects the Ba. At last the paper analyzes the function and traits of personal knowledge management in each knowledge Ba. |
