| 摘 要： | 标准化工作对于图书馆事业的迅速普及和相关专业技术的普遍提高以及不同国家和地区图书馆之间广泛深入的交流与合作具有重要意义.对于数量最大、规模最小、最贴近民众的广大基层图书馆而言,标准化的需求更为迫切.为了科学规划基层图书馆网点布局,促进其科学管理和现代化运营,提升其服务效能,近年来我国有关基层图书馆标准化发展的研究与实践逐步深入,但是整体而言,我国基层图书馆的标准化发展水平还比较有限,有必要在继承国际图书馆领域标准化工作历史经验的基础上,结合我国当前公共文化服务体系建设和发展的现实需求,进一步深入推进.

| Abstract: | The standardization work is demonstrably important for popularizing libraries, helping their improvement in professional skills, extending and deepening their mutual exchanges and cooperation. For the grass-roots libraries, which have the largest number and the minimum scales, and closest facing the broadest masses of people, the needs of standardization are more urgent. In order to scientifically plan the grass-roots libraries’ network layout, promote their scientific management and modern operation, and improve their service efficiency, there have been lots of researches and practices in grass-roots libraries’ standardization. However, the standardization of our grass-roots libraries is still limited and need to be further promoted based on the inheritance of international experiences of library standardization work, and according to the construction realities of our public culture service system. |
