| 摘 要： | 从出版目的、组织管理、经费来源、运营方式四大方面对PLoS ONE和SCOAP3两种开放获取期刊的运营模式进行对比分析,分别指出这两种开放获取期刊运营模式各自具备的优劣之处,并分析其运营成果、存在问题和推广普及的可行性,探寻开放获取期刊出版的最佳运营实践,最后说明构建开放获取期刊最佳运营模式需要考虑的因素。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the two business models of open access journal from the publishing purpose, organizational management, financial sources and operation model of PLoS ONE and SCOAP3, the paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of the two models, analyzes the operation achievements and problems, proposes the feasibility of popularizing, explores open access journal's best operation practice, and then states the factors need to be considered when build the best business model of open access journal. |
