| 摘 要： | 通过对知识管理文献中研究方法的关键词进行词频统计,采取聚类分析、多维尺度分析以及对应分析等方法,对国内图书情报领域的知识管理研究方法进行分析。结果发现,国内图书情报领域的知识管理研究主要采用5类方法,其中两大类方法使用尤为显著。最后,初步总结出国内图书情报领域的知识管理研究方法的规范。

| Abstract: | After counting the frequency of research methods keywords appearing in the knowledge management literatures, this paper takes methods of cluster analysis, multidimensional scaling analysis and correspondence analysis to analyze the knowledge management research methods in the domestic library and information field. The research results show that there are five research methods, especially the two among them, are widely used in the domestic library and information field. Finally, this paper preliminarily summarizes the specifications of the knowledge management research methods in the domestic library and information field. |
