| 摘 要： | 针对从组织保障角度系统研究协同政务主体之间如何进行知识共享的不足,提出协同政务知识共享的组织模式是知识协同网;针对政府知识协同团队、知识型虚拟政府、政府知识社区是知识协同网的具体组织形式,探讨协同政务知识共享的组织保障因素.

| Abstract: | In view of the shortages of studying knowledge sharing in collabrative e-government from the perspective of organizational guarantee, this paper puts forward that the knowledge coordination network is organizational mode of knowledge sharing in collabrative e-aovernment. The paper analyzes the specific forms of knowledge collaboration network, including knowledge collaborative team in the government, virtual government of knowledge-type, knowledge community in the governmert, and discusses the organizational guarantee factors of knowledge sharing in collabrative e-government. |
