| 摘 要： | 在论证我国基层图书馆标准规范体系构建的意义的基础上,分析总结标准规范体系构建的原则和特点,继而构建我国基层图书馆标准规范体系框架,包括业务工作标准、服务标准、基础技术标准、管理标准和建设标准等,最后强调基层图书馆标准规范体系的构建机制.

| Abstract: | Based on the demonstration of the significance of standards and regulations system construction, the paper analyses and summarizes the principles and features of the system. Then, the paper constructs the standards and regulations system structure of libraries at the grass-root level, including operation standard, service standard, basic technology standard, management standard and building standard. Finally, the paper emphasizes the mechanisn of standards and regulations system construction of libraries at the grass-roots library. |
