| 摘 要： | "出版号"即出版者代号+出版物的流水号(即书名号),它是中国标准书号的一部分,按序排列,形成一个恒寂的8位数.这个编码系统科学性强,且具唯一性.利用它作书次号排架,乱架率可达零;索书,漏检率可达零;组织目录,款目错位率适可达零.

| Abstract: | The codes of the publishing house (i. e. the code name of the publishing house) , together with the streamlined number of the publications (i. e. codes of classified books) are regarded as one part of the standard codes of books, are made up of eight constant numbers ranged in order. This coding system is characterized by its scientific and unique nature. If the codes of the publishing house is used as the codes of classified books to arrange the books on the shelves, the rate of misarranging can reach zero, as well as the rate of leakage for searching the book on the shelves. And at the same time we can get another same rate of disturbing the entries in the organizing catalogues. |
