| 摘 要： | 介绍国内外机构库质量控制的研究现状，指出目前国内相关研究才刚起步；通过分析分布式机构库质量控制的特点，提出应从元数据质量控制、内容质量控制以及数据访问质量控制三个层面建立合理的质量评价指标，并且采取相应的质量控制措施，从而实现对分布式机构库建设的质量控制。
