| 摘 要： | 基于企业信息技术吸纳过程和吸纳能力的研究，总结出五种对信息技术吸纳能力起关键作用的要素，包括：领导力、企业文化力、组织学习力、变革管理能力、知识管理能力，称之为信息技术吸纳核心能力。根据对这五种核心能力作用机理的分析，提出五个假设。基于中国120家企业的调查数据，采用相关分析和多元回归分析等统计方法对信息技术吸纳核心能力进行实证检验，结果表明这五种核心能力都对信息技术吸纳能力有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Based on research of the process of information technology (IT) absorption and absorptive capacity, five kinds of key factors which influence IT absorptive capacity are dug out, viz. leadership, corporate culture, organizational learning, change management and knowledge management, which are called the core competence of IT absorption. Five hypotheses are proposed according to a further analysis on the action mechanism of the five kinds of core competence. An empirical test is conducted to verify them based on questionnaire survey of 120 Chinese enterprises and statistical methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis are used. The result validates that all the five kinds of core competence influence IT absorptive capacity positively. |
