| 摘 要： | 分析在公共文化服务背景以及城市化进程加快的新形势下城市公共图书馆的重要性；针对城市公共图书馆现有体系存在的职能不清、属性不明、服务不足、布局不佳等问题，提出重新构建新的体系的探索性建议，为城市公共图书馆的科学、健康、持续发展提供一条新思路。

| Abstract: | Under the background of public culture service，as well as the accelerated process of urbanization，the author analyzed the importance of the city public libraries. For the current problems which exist in the city public libraries, such as unclear functions, ambiguous attributes, inadequate services, poor layout and so on, the author proposed to rebuild the new system of the city public libraries to explore for a scientific, healthy and sustainable development of public libraries. |
