| 摘 要： | 认为钱学森明确揭示出中国科技情报事业在本质上具有支撑科技决策的软科学特性与功能，因而确定以该事业作为重要实践来源的中国情报学的核心内容是情报研究(intelligence studies)；资讯学就是图书馆领域中的“部门信息科学”，也即西方LIS中与图书馆（Library）相联系的一门有独特的研究对象和内容的信息科学（Information Science）。科学界定两者以实现中国情报学的正本清源及其可持续发展。
