| Abstract: | This paper introduces the open access policy that the Society Copyright Policies in Japan(SCPJ) and the Japan Science and Technology(JST) developed for supporting academies,analyzes the policies of Japanese institutional repositories on the copyright and open access of postprint theses,and discusses what Chinese institutional repositories should learn from those policies when carrying out the policy of open access. |
