| 摘 要： | 对信息资源的内涵进行深入剖析，认为知识是对信息进行加工处理的结果，信息是对数据进行处理的结果。在此基础上，分析信息资源的传播机制、处理机制、作用机制，提出信息资源的测度方法，并进一步分析信息资源与经济增长的关系，指出对信息资源进行定量研究存在困难。
