项目团队中的隐性知识管理

摘    要:项目团队隐性知识按其隐性程度可划分为结果性知识和过程性知识,其中结果性知识包括最终产品知识和社会网络关系知识,过程性知识包括知识发生过程和团队管理过程两方面的知识。团队知识在隐性和显性之间的转化可通过项目团队隐性知识管理整体框架来分析,以系统论理论阐释项目团队隐性知识管理整体框架便是系统的绩效,它更多决定于所包含元素之间的相互作用而不是它们的独立性行动。

Abstract:According to the difference of tacit degree, tacit knowledge in project team can be divided into two different categories: result knowledge and process knowledge. The former includes product knowledge and social net relation knowledge, and the latter includes process knowledge and team management process knowledge. The transformation of team knowledge between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge can be analyzed through the whole frame of tacit knowledge management of project team. According to the system theory, the system performance is determined by the interaction of every elements of the system instead of their individual action.
