| Abstract: | This paper summarizes and analyzes the difference and relationship between the principle of knowledge management and that of information resource management, and concludes the conflict between the enterprise information resource management and the demand of development of knowledge-oriented enterprises, based on which, on the one hand, a multi-dimensional optimized model which is used in the knowledge management aiming at the enterprise information management optimization is built up; and on the other hand, this paves a new way and contributes a new approach to improve the level of the information management in knowledge-oriented enterprises. |
