| 摘 要： | 论述知识搜索是知识管理领域中隐性知识转化为显性知识的新方式，它既可以拓展知识服务的范围，又可以促进知识在社会 范围内的共享。提出知识搜索是基于先进的自然语言的智能检索技术，包括知识的创造、评价、利用、共享、积累5个要素;这种知识获 取方式实际是一种隐性知识显性化的过程。从页面设置、类目设置等方面介绍国内现有的三家互联网知识搜索引擎，并通过检索实例提 出不足之处及改进建议。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the emergence of the knowledge search engine, this paper points out that the knowledge search is an intelligent retrieval technique based on natural language, including five main factors such as creation, evaluation, use, sharing and accumulation. It is a kind of process that converts tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. The authors introduce three existing Internet knowledge search engines from aspects of the page, category and show their shortcomings by case retrieve while making some improving suggestions. In the field of knowledge management, the knowledge search englarges the scope of the knowledge service and promotes knowledge sharing in the society. |
