| 摘 要： | 以社会网络理论为基础，从中观角度研究网络结构与知识创新过程的关系。首先分别对网络结构和知识创新过程进行二级变量分解，依此提出16条理论假设；并以长春汽车产业集群为例验证所提出的假设。研究结果表明：集群企业知识创新与其所处的社会网络有着密切的关系，合理的网络结构是提高集群内信息流动速度和知识扩散水平的先决条件，而集群网络结构的形成受历史环境及行业特征等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | The relationship between network structure and knowledge innovation is studied on mesco-level based on social network theory.First,the layer variables of network structure dimension and knowledge innovation dimension are proposed,and then 16 theory hypothesis are put forward.Second,take the case of Changchun automobile industrial cluster to examine the theory hypothesis.It can be found that there is a close relationship between industry innovation and social network,reasonable network structure decides the velocity of information flow and knowledge diffusion,and also the industrial cluster’s network structure of knowledge innovation depends on historical circumstances and industry characteristics. |
